Switching pack

Hi, I am trying to change my pay as you go pack. I got mine a while ago and there are better deals now.

I have texted 150 with ‘PACK15’ and it has come back asking me to pay for it now. I currently have a 30 day pack running which is from the older deal (I have about 3 weeks left of it). If I pay for the new pack now will that mean I lose the benefits remaining from this previous one? Is it best to wait to pay for the new pack until my current 30 day pack (from the old deal) runs out?

Hope that makes sense! TIA

Top-up anytime before your current pack expires & buy the £15 pack. Then either:

  • Text NOW to 150. That will lose the remainder of your current pack, or
  • Wait until your current pack expires. Then your new £15 pack will auto kick in.
