Hi,
I am currently using a sim that I bought from the Sim Local store at the airport a few months ago. Up until now, it all worked fine. But I have just come to realise that with this Sim Local sim, it would not allow me to switch to other subscription packs or purchase add-ons. (I tried to switch to a new pack through 150, but it ended up renewing the current one). This is disconcerting as I plan to travel soon and may need to purchase additional add-ons for data and roaming. I am considering purchasing a new PAYG sim directly from EE. However, I am wondering f it is possible for me to retain my current phone number while doing so.
