hi is there anyone that can help me I topped up my phone as pay as you go and now that I am in a different country there is a restriction and a access charge which I will pay however I got a message off EE telling me to reply with a code that they told me but it won’t send because they have stopped my data

When was the last time you made a chargeable call or text on the sim.

I’m in Tenerife. Yeah it costs money but to message them back and obviously they have stopped my PSYG pack which allows me to send messages
