Subscription sim arrived

My subscription sim pay as you go arrived, I’ve put it into my phone and followed the instruction and created an account. I’ve downloaded the ee app but there is no option to click on for “Packs”. I have text “all packs” to 150 had no luck. I’m unable to start a subscription and there are no options available online on the ee website or account.

What does it say when you tried texting ALL PACKS to 150? Also, what does it say when you text AL to 150?
