I would like to stop the entire package on one of the SIM cards. To avoid withdrawing money every month.

Thank you!!!

I received a response that the update date has been changed. However, the application displays the update date as March 18th.

What was the full response you received, @stanislavzx?

James

@James_B , sms: Hi from EE. We've changed your payment date as you requested. This also changes the date we send your bill and when your allowances refresh. Please visit ee.co.uk/billing to understand how these changes may impact your next bill. Thanks
