Has anyone had an issue with payment thru 150? I have been paying for my device for the past 2 months thru 150 text billing but when I checked the app, I still owe them the amount! My account is currently suspended but I don’t want to pay it now as I have already paid the last 2 months.

Yes. I’ve checked and they have deducted it from my account

You can't owe money on PAYG! You pay by top-up in advance of using it.
When did you previously make a chargeable action?
