Not connected to network, app not accessed, can't call the offices, how am I supposed to pay my bill if nobody is willing to take a payment.
On top of not getting my full package as described in my profile, this company needs to sort itself out and stop looking for the next c-lister to star in it's advertising

@Stewchef74 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

tried fast payment as there's no apparent way to get in touch directly to EE.
Hopefully, I can now stay touch with my stricken mother. Thank you for the link
