Hello I haven't top up my EE sim from last 10 months as I was out of UK and now I need to travel to UK and I credit my number but now I am unable to use my sim as I tried to call customer service number also it says this service isn't available on this number. So what's the solution for this?

@subashpokhrel57 : After such a long time of non-use you have lost that SIM & its no. for good.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

You could try calling EE CS on 0800 956 6000 to see if your Number can be reactivated but it maybe too late now.
In which case it will mean starting over again with a new Sim / Number.
