Sim Card hasn’t arrived

I have ordered a pay as you go SIM card and it has been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t received my SIM card.

please help me.

SIMs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd classe post. I just received a letter today 17 days after it was posted.

I meant I ended my cell phone contract thats why ordered payg sim card

Did you put in your 30 days notice to cancel and change to pay as you go, @legeto?

If so, you don't receive a new SIM card, your current one just changes from contract to pay as you go 30 days later.

I'd suggest either calling our Mobile Care team to check the order or pop into your nearest EE store.
