Hello, I bought an 8GB SIM card plus 500 minutes and unlimited texts. So there's no subscription, no out-of-bundle charges or other fees?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Yes, but can I change it in the Wi-Fi settings? 2) When I change the password for my EE account, I can easily reset it with different emails. 3) After the 1 month free trial, will I have free internet access?SMS mms too ?call just if I pay ?

You would need to speak with your the WiFi provider to be able to amend the content lock settings @To23.
You should only be able to change the password for your My EE account using the email address you have set it up with.
Once your monthly pack has expired you would need to top up another £10 to buy a new pack for the next month.

Thank you. Without putting £10, nothing will work except wifi? If I put more, it will allow me to call countries not included, for example.?

That's right @To23. Your current pack doesn't include calls to other countries, so you would need to top up more to be able to do this.
Once your current pack expires you would only have access to WiFi, and you would need to use the SIM for some chargeable activity every 179 days, to prevent it going into hibernation.

Thank you, how many days does the SIM card get cancelled after? When it is in hibernation?

Hey @To23.
If there isn't any chargeable activity within 179 days (using credit for calls, texts, or purchasing a pack), your phone will be placed into hibernation.
At this point any remaining credit will be removed, and the line will be suspended, but this isn't permanently disconnected.
if you reach out to our team after this has been suspended, they can get the line restored alongside any credit, and the number would only be permanently disconnected if we've not heard from you by 273 days from when the last chargeable activity was made.
We have a page with more details about this right here:
