Refund

Hi! I am writing to know my possibilities about request a refund. I had a subscription while I was studying in the UK which I cancelled before to leave it. However, EE continue charging money from my credit card which I have quit out on the app. But I would like to have the money back or reverse the transfer.

My subscription was for 20£ monthly.
is the same number charged to my credit card.

PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
