ee app is not working at the moment. how do i top up or buy plans

Are you still having issues with the app today? Can you login to the website ok to use that instead of the app? 

You can also top up without logging in via the page here My EE - Anonymous Top up

In terms of buying a plan without logging in you can do it via text with the information on this page Text services for pay as you go mobile | Mobile Help | EE
