@Yadecreams  You need to call customer support to request this and you’ll need a credit card to pay a refundable token, or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
