I topped up £30 and asked an employee to help me get a better pack and I didnt and the £10 one activated so I have £20 on my account that I could have back as I have this pack untill then end of the month

The credit on your account isn't refundable, you can use that towards your future packs though.

Credit is not refundable on pay as you go.
