Refund for top up taken after cancelled

Hi, I cancelled my top up subscription and the usual top up amount has been taken today. How do I get a refund? I've called 150 and there are no options for this enquiry and I can't get through to a real person

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
