Do you have to have a data plan to ad a data add on? I was hopin to add just 10b data or £5 to no plan.

Same problem. Plenty of credit. Want to add 2GB data get the same message;

"ADDONS PURCHASE ERROR

We're working on fixing this page

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

 

Has bee going on for four days. Sought your selves out EE or I'm of to another provider.

I can see my usage but when going to buy add on data get the page as reported.


This as been going on for days.


I am far from the first person to report this.


When will it be resolved?


You are going to start loosing customers very shortly.

I have had enough of this:

No matter which device I use, mobile, two different laptops, 3 different wifi networks. Clearly not a problem at my end. EE do not seem to want to acknowledge that THEY have a problem. 

I will be seeking an alternative network as EE seem either unwilling or incapable of resolving the issue.

Our support team is aware of the issue and working on a fix. In the mean time, you may be able to add the add-on that you're looking for through our add-on hub, or by calling 150 from your EE phone.

Data add ons still not working since last Friday. How can I add more data if this isn't working?
