Do you have to have a data plan to ad a data add on? I was hopin to add just 10b data or £5 to no plan.

Hi @Jones87,
You can purchase a data add-on by visiting http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase on a device connected to your EE router.
Hope this helps.

@Jones87 : You don't need to have data to get to that page. It is within the EE network & is unmetered.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

It's been an issue for well over 2 months now....I once managed to top up by pressing buttons on a call to eventually ( 45 mins) getting a real person instead of being sent round the houses by a computer, and she made it feel like she was doing ME a favour by helping.. this should have eben fixed the moment it got broken... you as a company are losing money and us as customers are unable to purchase a service that we obviously need

Since this has been going on for months, and there is no resolution coming, just text the following to 150 (you will need available credit to actually buy the add-on you need):
ADD ON - Get list of data, text or minutes add-ons
ADD TEXTS - Get options to buy texts add-on
ADD MINS -Get options to buy minutes add-on
ADD DATA - Get options to buy data add-on
ADD INT - Get options to buy minutes and data when abroad.
Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).
List of all codes 150 accepts:

This is very disappointing EE. You are going to lose some valuable customers here... A fix has been requested since April. Bob is very disappointed

It is bloody ridiculous. I have 40 quid credit that I cannot use. I don't want a monthly subscription as I don't live in the UK, I want to buy an add-on when I come to visit my parents. This seems like they are trying to steal my money. I'm really bloody angry.
