After the code is entered and bill payer confirmed it goes straight to an error saying it cant link right now. I have tried several numbers to speak to CS but none are agents just number prompts, there is no option to speak to anyone directly and no conversation button for live chat on any browser ive tried.

I'm sooooo with you!!! Can't even find a chat bot now. Dreadful. Gona check out other networks since this recent change.

There's noone there anymore. I just spent 20mins going round in circles on automated. The recent change is DREADFUL. And I'm looking for another network. I've been with you for 15yrs too.
My problem is that I topped up £10 yesterday but it didn't renew my pack automatically as it states. So I've used £10 in 1 day. No, sorry, that is not on. It states "you need to top up £10 so your pack can automatically renew" and it didn't.
I guess the idea is that if I can't rectify it I will just cough up another £10 then you double your money. No. That's not happening. If I cant rectify it I'm getting a new sim n giving my money to a different company who WILL speak to me. Then you have lost a longterm customer.
