I am facing two issues with my SIM card. First, I purchased a SIM card at a supermarket and tried to top up. During the first top-up, I mistakenly purchased a new 10GB card, which is supposed to be mailed to me. However, I don't need this new card, and this was an error, so I would like to request a refund. Second, I topped up £10 into my account, but when I activated the plan, another £10 was deducted. I would like to request a refund for the remaining balance in my account.

If you give our pay as you go guides a call, they can bring up the account and orders and check the payments that have been made to see if a refund can be issued and the second SIM cancelled.
