I am currently trying to do my monthly regular manual payment on EE. However I want to the payment portal and it says £0.00 as well as I phoned in and it said the same thing. Do i simply need to wait for the after bank holiday to then be able to pay through or should I go talk to someone instead on the mobile number 150.
I just need some further opinions as I am the only one with EE who I know of.

Yes I have! And don’t worry about it anymore!! I was just too excited to pay my bill and didn’t give the system a chance 🤣🤣
