I have tried to renew my child’s subscription pack today but it just will not go through.
I’ve tried in app, in browsers, different cards, but always getting same error and won’t process

Hi @Sparb10
Welcome to the EE Community
Have you already applied credit to the pay as you go line and facing difficulty activating a subscription?
Or is the issue that you are unable to top-up the Pay as you go line?
When was the last time the pay as you go was used/topped up?

@Sparb10 Do you have any VPN setup on your phone and have you tried going through the page on your data rather than Wi-Fi connection?
In your screenshot it looks like you are setting up a direct pack purchase subscription, where the pack would be purchased directly from your card every month automatically, is that what you are looking to do?
As if you have already topped up separately and have credit already on the account to buy the pack, you can purchase the pack from your credit using the 150 text service, you can find the code you would text for the pack you want on our page here Get Help by Texting 150 on Pay as you go? | Mobile Help | EE

No vpn in place
yes I’m trying to set up a recurring subscription paid by card. I have done this several times before without issue
I can’t try using the data because I there isn’t any as I can’t purchase the subscription with the data included
I’m not going to use the money already on the account as firstly I want to get the 10% discount for using card, and also I want the payment to be recurring.

Thanks for confirming that @Sparb10
Could you please describe to me what exactly is happening when you try to set this up?
Do you get any particular error messages?

Thanks @Sparb10, I can see you've mentioned trying multiple cards here; are these all standard UK debit / credit cards?
Are you able to see all of the other details of your account successfully when logged in too?
Peter
