Account is suspended for no purchase for 6months, have 3months to call and reactivate it but small problem i cant call for help due to 0 credit. I have no 2nd phone etc to call from a different phone and i had added £10 top-up to try and buy a subscription but it doesn't allow me to since my account is "suspended". I've added £10 top-up to still be suspended + not able to spend that £10 on buying a pack/add-on and still cant call 150 for help due to not being able to buy credit

@Zert : As your PAYG SIM has already gone into hibernation it is too late to reactivate it by topping-up. You'll need to call CS to take it out of hibernation but obviously not from that SIM as it's deactivated.

@Rab52 : For what service/product? You don't have an a/c no. for PAYG; just your mobile no(s). Also you don't need an a/c no. to get your SIM outta hibernation.
