Hi.
I received my prompt telling me to top up my credit as it would be taken on the 23rd of Jan. I was late topping up, only managing it at 23:30ish on the 22nd. Overnight my simcard has been disconnected despite having the due credit in place before the 23rd. Anyone know how best to proceed?

Welcome to the community.
When you say the SIM has disconnected, did you lose signal or do you mean that your pack allowances are not in place?
If it is the pack, it is likely that the credit did not go on in time to start the new pack. Have the allowances gone on today?
What does it say if you text AL to 150?
