Data pack has not renewed, despite having £10 credit.

My pack was due to renew today, but is staying it hasn't because I don't have sufficient credit.  I had the £10 already in my balance, before midnight.

This is the first time in years that I've had this problem. I've tried texting AL, BALANCE, going on the manage plan page has been no help.

I know the pack is old, but it's been great for me with data building up over the years, and call allowances.

If it is a legacy pack it may be that EE has discontinued it.

Have you tried texting ALL PACKS to 150 & choosing 1?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hey there @Spurslady_25, welcome to the EE Community!
Thanks for taking the time to give a rundown of all the things you've tried so far too!

Have you tried connecting to mobile data to see if this helps kick the pack into gear?
