Hiya how do I cancel my pay as you go? I accidentally purchased it, the reference number I was given doesn't work on the website, the EE team I called on the phone can't help, and there isn't a live chat. I Can't find where to cancel it and needs to be cancelled asap

@LeonHarris1 : What are you trying to cancel? The purchase of a new SIM or the purchase of a PAYG pack for your existing SIM?
What reference number are you talking about?

@LeonHarris1 , there is no live chat for pay as you go. If you need to cancel, then you would have to ring customer service and see if they can do that.
