I have been with EE for several years and for the first time ever my £15 everything pack did not renew automatically yesterday although I have plenty of credit . All my balance shows on the app is my add ons . My call minutes are zero along with texts . Also my boosts gained over several years have disappeared. I called EE on 150 earlier today but not able to help . Maybe a system blip but they were not aware of anything . Very frustrating to say the least . Anyone else had this issue . Can the community offer any help . Much appreciated.
John

You will not lose your existing boosts when you switch to a modern pack & you will start earning more boosts, up to 6 every 2 packs.
Quite honestly I think the only way to go is to a modern pack, if they don't keep on saying you need to top-up 1st. I doubt you'll be able to go back to the VIP pack.

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the Home > View Full Usage page.
Your boosts won't have disappeared. You just don't have an active pack for them to go with. What does text BOOSTS to 150 say?

Hi thanks for your reply . It states pack not renewed . It shows my credit balance of £30.
The only allowances are data add ons which I got for topping up money , promotions .
My minutes, data , texts and boosts are not showing at all from my pack .
I tried to text NOW to maybe resolve the issue but it stated I need to top up but as above I have £30 credit ? Strange .
Thanks
John

It’s as told . I’m not sure how to show it .
I guess for some reason my pack has not renewed but I have plenty of credit .
I guess EE have a system blip as seen others who have the same issue on other posts

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Similarly by texting ALL PACKS to 150.
You never answered about BOOSTS.
