Pack not renewed automatically although I have plenty of credit

I have been with EE for several years and for the first time ever my £15 everything pack did not renew automatically yesterday although I have plenty of credit . All my balance shows on the app is my add ons . My call minutes are zero along with texts . Also my boosts gained over several years have disappeared. I called EE on 150 earlier today but not able to help . Maybe a system blip but they were not aware of anything . Very frustrating to say the least . Anyone else had this issue . Can the community offer any help . Much appreciated.

Why not try 2VIP? You've still got the £30 credit you topped up with on the 15th. That will cover it.

OIC! You now have.

The VIP OFFER: £15 Everything Pack is an ancient legacy pack. If it doesn't auto renew it can no longer be bought. It's quite possible that it is not auto renewing cuz EE has decided to now withdraw it.

So I think you are only left with switching to 1 of the modern packs offered by ALL PACKS. You will retain your boosts.

I have called them 3 times and all of them haven’t a clue what’s gone wrong .
Totally useless to be honest . I’m sure it’s a system blip but we will see .
Thanks for trying to help 👍

No , once I do that I’ll lose my current offer pack with far less data / mins .
And possibly 10 years of boosts

You will not lose your existing boosts when you switch to a modern pack & you will start earning more boosts, up to 6 every 2 packs.

Quite honestly I think the only way to go is to a modern pack, if they don't keep on saying you need to top-up 1st. I doubt you'll be able to go back to the VIP pack.

Scattycatty , did you get a message saying pack renewed and the plan fee taken from your credit . What pack have you got please ?
EE cannot afaik discontinue the VIP packs without offering the same pack contents at the same price or writing to advise this was going to happen .
Does the App show you have any mins etc

Well it seems that the everything packs have been discontinued to my surprise without any notification from EE so will not renew anymore .
So , I have had to change to the new subscription £10 pack . I did keep all my boosts which were added to my new £10 pack .
It would have been nice to have prior notice but there you go !!!
I had to do the change using the EE website and not via text as that wouldn’t work , kept saying need to add credit but I already had £30 credit . Anyway not a bad deal on the £10 pack but just a shame it’s caused loads of hassle .
Hope this helps others with the same issue .
