I have been with EE for several years and for the first time ever my £15 everything pack did not renew automatically yesterday although I have plenty of credit . All my balance shows on the app is my add ons . My call minutes are zero along with texts . Also my boosts gained over several years have disappeared. I called EE on 150 earlier today but not able to help . Maybe a system blip but they were not aware of anything . Very frustrating to say the least . Anyone else had this issue . Can the community offer any help . Much appreciated.
John

I had lots of boost which I kept on the new £10 pack .
I think the standard VIP was 2GB , 1000mins and unlimited texts .
The £10 pack is 8GB , 500 mins and unlimited texts . Absolutely plenty for me 👍
