PAYG Data Sim for Ipad Mini not working

Hi

 

I have a new Ipad mini 6th generation. I bought an EE data sim and I have tried everything but am unable to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

I phoned 150 today. They were very helpful. But it is still not working.

They didn’t tell me what they were doing except they registered the sim phone number to my account. Passed me through to payg who then told me it wears ready Togo. This morning it got through to EE and I got a message saying error.

Do you get an error when you try and access data?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi to see data & credit status. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.
