Passkey on iPad?

Hi, just want to check if EE passkey support is available on Google accounts and on iPad? 

As I know, it was working before, when it was last done, but now it says, after it was resent, that the EE passkey doesn’t support iPad. 🤔

Welcome to the community.

I can't find anything to say that it isn't supported on those devices. Please try resetting the pass key through your EE Account/App on that same device. 

If you're still having problems, please make sure your iPad is on the latest software.

@Anime1 , I am using an IPad and use the passkey on it, not sure why it is saying that.

Hi, I had reset it, and been trying to get it to work again, as it's been 7 times, i been trying to get it to work, but I keep getting the same error each time.

Plus my iPad is always updated to the latest version.

I was asking about it, as I can't seem to get the passkey to work on ipad side, but I can on andriod side though.

Yeah, it is puzzling me very much, but on andriod it is working fine though 🤔
