I have a problem loging in to EE. I can log in succesfully on my smartphone but when I try to access the EE site from my laptop I am not allowed too. I can log in  and post to this comunity without any problem, so I am confused as I prefer to use my laptop with a proper keyboard. I suspect that the problem might be that for some unknown reason I get a prompted email ID with an initial capital letter and one with all lower case. 
I recently posted on another forum from my laptop and was asked to fill in a satisfation survay. Since I was able to post to the forum I must have been logged in correctly but my response to the survay was rejected saying that my credentials were not correct.
I really would like this confusion sorted out.

Hi @JZW_2025 

Have you tried using the 'forgot my password' option on the EE Online login page? Are you able to login to the desktop site on another device/browser, other than your phone?
