Hi there, hopefully someone at EE can help here. I’ve been trying over the app to find a way to speak to someone, seemingly to no avail.
I ordered an iPad mini 2024, 128gb in space grey on the 9’th March 2025, and the confirmation email states I should have a dispatch notification within 24 hours. It’s now fast approaching the fourth day with still no further correspondence. I have put my confirmation code into the order tracker and both the dispatch time and my address are blank, with a big ‘X’ hanging over the dispatch option.
Can a member of staff inform me as to why this is? I’m just eager to get on with my new device, especially since EE won’t have any delays in taking payment for it.

@MtReilly Have you checked your spam folder? And yes EE will not delay payment for it once you have it. You need to speak with customer support because that X doesn’t sound like one has been allocated to you for what ever reason.

Welcome to the community.
I've had a look at the stock and the iPad that you've ordered is currently showing as expected to despatch within 7 days, but the oldest outstanding order is from 13th March.
As @Chris_B mentioned, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can bring up your account and check the order status for you.
