Iphone 16 stock

I ordered an upgrade to a 16 teal 265GB. It’s saying that the order is confirmed but I haven’t received any updates regarding delivery. I was wondering if it’s low in stock, when would it be delivered? Or is it possible to change the colour to another one that is in stock to potentially get the phone earlier?

@courtn3yxw If you ordered online or over the phone, you just need to give our customer service guides a call, and they can cancel the order. 

If you placed the order in one of our stores, you'd need to go back to the store and speak to them.

I asked the same - apparently it has nothing to do with colour but I do not actually think they know anything themselves.

The iPhone 16 256Gb Teal is currently showing up to 7 days before it is sent out, and when it is on the way you'll get a text from DPD to let you know about delivery.

If you did want to change the colour, you'd need to call up to cancel the current order, and place a new order. In the iPhone 16 256GB range we currently only have the Pink one in stock now, with the Ultramarine being up to 3 days for despatch and the Black one being up to 7 days.

I’m having the same issue I ordered a white 128gb iPhone 16 got my confirmation and haven’t heard anything since
