So I am trying to add a pay as you go sim card to my account but I keep getting errors. I also tried topping it up with £5 credit and the payment was taken yet calling 150 says the balance is £0.
Where has the money gone?
How do I add the sim to my account?
I used to use the sim a few months ago to receive texts and wanted to give it to my kid for emergencies.

Customer Service just told me the sim had been cancelled and they would refund me. I guess too much time had passed.

Could your credit have bought your Pack?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
