PACK10 Issue

Hello.

I just bought a simcard from the shop and a 10 pound top up.

I got a message thanking me for my 15 pound pack purchase for some reason, deciding to ignore it.

I then put my VO Number in, EE Informed me that I had 10 pounds credit so I chose PACK10 It said to me "Just so you know you're currently on one of our older packs, Our new range of packs offer better value for money on data." and asked me to choose some packs from below (PACK10 Was on there.)

It then told me that I selected a £10 pound pack from their new range and the information PACK10. It told me to register my card login on the EE App (I haven't got my device connected due to not having an EE number yet). I ignored that part and read "If you would like to still move to PACK0 please reply YES, which I did.

After this, It said "To buy your £10 pack again, simply top up £10 and the pack will start automatically.

I checked my balance after, and I still have £10.00, no data.. no plan.

PLEASE, may somebody help.. been trying to sort this issue for an hour now.

@Sam32423 : Did you buy it from the EE online Shop? I can't understand why you had to text VO when you had bought for £10 a SIM already with a £10 top-up.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
