OLD SIM NUMBER BALANCE - This is for use in my mobile dongle device .
Now I have a new sim card, I bought £20 pack data, I have had to top up manually. The pack did not seem to activate and auto add data to use . (first problem)
I managed to register the number in my ee account. I could not login to my account with regard to previous number. I had to add this pack number. So I have bought £15 pack, just about used, and a £20 one.
(Second problem) Managed to lose the ballance from origional sim, delete orig sim numer from the account and add the new sim number to it . Big smile , now online again .
Erm, how do I sort this out ?
