New pay & go sim

Hello, 

I purchased a pay as you go sim on the EE Website, it arrived and all set up, however the £20 subscription pack hasn’t been applied? 
I activated the sim yesterday so will this be applied soon? I did try and call and I was expecting a call back from the technical team but nothing 😬
