My EE simcard is inactive

I have not topped up my simcard for 6 month - no activity - today I topped up 5$ - but my sim is still not active - and I can not call EE or Send Text - help me reactive that again . With love Thanks .

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

When it's gone into hibernation it's too late for topping up to reactivate it. You still need to call CS.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

- I cant see my simcard and plan on my dashboard in Pay as you go
- Preventing number disconnection due to inactivity (PAYG) in Pay as you go
- Cannot link Broadband account to EE acount in EE app and website
- Disconnected SIM due to late credit top up in Pay as you go
- Old sim card is now inactive in Pay as you go
