Hello
I just bought a 4G WiFi device which came with a SIM card. I topped it up £30 but every time I click to add a pack or subscription it goes to a page saying “select your option” but no options show!

Have you had an opportunity to register for you online account at EE online access where you can then manage your subscriptions and bundles?
You can also download the EE app on any mobile device to manage the 4G WIFI SIM.
If you're still facing issues with changing your subscription pack, please call our customer service team on 08009566000 where a guide can help change this for you.
