Hi all.
My sons £20 subscription pack expires at midnight tonight and as he's hardly made a dent in his data I've dropped to a £10 pack as he's got a substantial amount of data rollover. It's not showing as his next pack on the app or website but it has charged and says next payment is 17/10.
Has anyone got any clues as to why it's not showing?
