Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

I purchased an EE SIM pack yesterday, and it seems like I made a bad decision.

First, I attempted to link my number to the My EE app, but kept receiving an error message that said, "We're having trouble linking your products." I tried using both the web browser and the phone app, and the issue persisted on both platforms.

According to information I found on a forum, one can manually top up by calling "150" to activate the service. I had bought a £15 pack, and after loading £15, the internet, calling, and texting services worked—until today. Suddenly, my internet and calling services stopped working. When I tried calling 150, the system informed me that I didn't have enough balance to make the call and suggested that I top up.

I texted BALANCE or AL to 150, and this was the response I received:

Your current balance as of today 19:14 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 49.0GB remaining until 15/10/2023 for your £15 Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data. Your last top up was £15.00 on 14/09/2023 at 23:28. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the My EE app or ee.co.uk/MyEE

nope no response but my calls are working now well i tried calling someone and the ringing is there they haven’t picked up but i think that’s unrelated thanks 

@Schalke24 : You can't buy a pack when you have no credit. Top-up 1st.

My phone has just suddenly stopped letting me make calls or texts and have no data. I'm payg and have unlimited until 8/10. Won't let me call ee and have no idea what to do! Already restarted

its happening to me too and im working tonight, i really need to be able to call out from my phone. i have a bundle with plenty of data and minutes left, cant call anyone or get online from it to get help. although texts seem to be working.

Says I have ample credit and EE have messed up somehow, which when I’m away from WiFi is hugely inconvenient

@Paulrcp1 : It should be working. You have plenty of mins, text & data left from your pack. Even plenty of credit to call CS. Just try rebooting.

im getting exactly the same thing, text seem to be the only thing thats working
