I cannot use topup credit for add ons

Hi from Finland !

I have lot of credit after top up 

If I try to use it for addons or packs I get error which seems to be error on EE website  and maybe coming ok later?

I have used it for many years in UK,RI and Finland,always before ok with credit packs. ..

Have you recently had an extended period when the SIM card has been out of use, @lehtkale?

If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days, your account will go into hibernation.

Yes you are right,I got help via Facebook from DJ Now everything is ok and working

Hello!

Yes I have had extended period when Sim was in use 

DJ in EE (via facebook)helped and opened it.

Now ok
