I have ordered my new SIM card for ee last Thursday. However I haven’t receive any sms or notifications related to my SIM card. I tried to track my order in the app, but it said I cannot track my order and there is a technical issue. Please help me with my problem thanks.

SIM card orders are not trackable and are sent through Royal Mail. Was this a replacement SIM or are you a brand new customer?

The SIM cards are sent through the postal service and should arrive within four working days.
