good evening, I topped up my phone bill and chose pack20, but I got 5 and it asks me to buy again?

Hi @Paulius6,

How was it you selected to move to the pack20, was it via text and did you get confirmation? 

Do you have your online account setup to login to the website or app and manage your number that way and see what pack it is showing as selected?
