Hi @sketch101,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Are any other EE users experiencing issues in your area?

James

pay as you go

@sketch101 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I messaaged support and was told they couldnt reactivate my payg sim unless you go to a store. Problem is I dont live near any and desperately need this number because it has all my verfication codes and messages.

Not looking good, hopefully I have time

How can I do this without going to a store, I dont live near any and dont drive.

It has all my verfication codes to log into everything what also makes this a little harder as I cant login to much right now

You should be able to phone CS to get your PAYG SIM reactivated providing it hasn't been in hibernation for more than 3 months.

Hi @sketch101

How long ago was the SIM card last used?

Did the team advise why they were unable to reactivate the SIM card when you got in touch?

Leanne 🙂

I spoke to them in chat and they said they couldnt help unless I go to the store.

Will it be different if I ring?

It stopped working a few days ago.

I was topping it up but was using it
