hi

I topped up my mothers mobile phone and still when you ring the message you get is this number is not accepting calls help why is this. i thought it was because it had run out of 'juice and money' but charged and has money. I can get no sense out of EE as I am not ringing about my phone, and the minute I am connected they analyse my phone and i cannot get to speak to someone. the virtual chat was so helpful for stuff like this but that has gone from website

She can ring via whats app, she is 82 and needs to have a working and connected mobile phone for emergencies

@jaydeetee , when did your mother last use her phone, that is make a chargeable call or send a text?

If it has been at least a 180 days, then it may have gone into hibernation.
