I recently brought an EE PAYG SIM. On my device it says I have 4g but nothing is loading…. The phone is an iPhone 13 Pro which I originally brought from EE on a pay monthly contract. I then took a sim only deal with another provider as it was cheaper but I’m not getting good coverage with them. For that reason I purchased an EE PAYG SIM. Since I’ve had it it says I have 4G but nothing is loading. Very confused as to why it isn’t working as my previous pay monthly ee sim did

Turns out I needed to purchase top up. I’ve purchased top up and pack has successfully been added however I’m stilll having the issue of not being able to li k product to account. Exact same issue in the thread below… tries on both app and website

Could you try again today to see if this works for you?
Once you have topped up and used the SIM you should be able to link the number and set up the EE account.
