My account went into hibernation but I can't get though to anyone for help I try to call and it says that it's free for EE numbers but when I try to call them it says I don't have the data to make a call??
Do I'm basically stuck beacause I can't top up my mum tried to help and lost 20 basically trying to top me up and my numbers probably gonna get recycled and I don't know what to do

Hi @Totally_Grey.
Are you calling from your EE SIM that has been suspended?
If yes, calls won't connect.
Do you have access to another line? please try calling 0800 956 6000 or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.

@Totally_Grey : You don't need data to make a call but you do need money. It costs 25p to call CS on PAYG.
If your number has already gone into hibernation it's too late to top-up. You then have a further grace period of 3 months to reactivate it by calling CS.
