I use my PAYG mobile to pay for parking with JustPark, and for authentication texts at work. That's it. I have had no issue for 9 months, but was unable to pay for parking for the last few days due to "no internet available". I've changed nothing on my phone, my colleagues are able to pay so it's not a network issue. I have credit. I have never needed to buy an "add on", I wouldn't need anything approaching £10 per month. What have EE done? It is not allowing me to use mobile data anymore. No notice, no nothing. Anyone shed any light please?

Do you have an active pack? W/out a pack or data add-on you can't use data & therefore the JustPark app. You can't buy data directly out of your credit.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
