New customer no credit after paying

I purchased a new sim, paid for a monthly top up, and requested number be transfered. Sim took 4 days to arrive.  Sim says no credit/package yet paid and received a txt confirmation.

I've spent 3hrs trying to contact customer support.

 

About to give up and move elsewhere.

If you text AL to 150 it should be free?  What does it say?
